After getting stabbed in the eye at 7, Aidan Forte knew he was destined to be a surgeon saving lives — that is until he threw up during a pig dissection. Since then he's taken on an equally vital role as a filmmaker.
Born in Los Angeles and a graduate of Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, Aidan has found himself lost in places around the world, with his favorites being Tanzania, Japan, and Italy — where he discovered the expression "MADONNA!" and has been using it ever since.
As a critically unacclaimed director and writer, Aidan believes comedy is the lens that brings our collective, often awkward and humiliating humanity into focus as something beautiful. Which is to say that the longing to be wanted, to be special, to matter in some small and stupid way, is itself the story worth telling.
